Welcome to JHR Trendy BD. By accessing our website, Facebook page, WhatsApp, or placing an order through any of our sales channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

  • JHR Trendy BD is an online fashion and lifestyle store operating in Bangladesh.

  • All prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • We reserve the right to update prices, products, offers, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications for all products.

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or device display settings.

  • Product availability is subject to stock status.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders may be placed through our website, Facebook page, WhatsApp, or other official sales channels.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after verification by our team.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in BDT and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas and online payments through approved payment gateways.

  • For certain orders, advance payment may be required.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

  • Additional courier charges may apply for remote areas.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer.

  • Change of mind after delivery unless approved by JHR Trendy BD.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or clearance sale.

8. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or mobile banking.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by JHR Trendy BD.

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after approval.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • You will accept delivery at the provided address.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product photos, designs, text, and other content associated with JHR Trendy BD are the property of JHR Trendy BD or used with permission. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

JHR Trendy BD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell customer data to third parties without consent except where required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
